Experience shaped by hospitality reality
Evodòw is grounded in decades of hospitality leadership experience, operational responsibility, and a long-standing focus on how better decision structure improves business performance.
A career built inside the operation
My perspective was formed across more than four decades in hospitality leadership, including senior operational roles, General Manager responsibility, commercial oversight, and work across boutique hotels, city properties, and high-end resorts.
That matters because decisions in hospitality are not made in abstract conditions. They are made under pressure, across functions, with changing priorities, service expectations, and real accountability.
Why this work emerged
Why do strong teams still struggle with recurring inconsistency?
Why do leaders keep stepping back into familiar issues?
Why do strategy and day-to-day decisions so often drift apart?
Time and again, the answer pointed to the same issue: the business had not fully clarified the decision logic behind recurring situations.
The convictions behind the work
-
Clarity is more durable than control
-
Logic must matter more than personality
-
Technology cannot fix unclear thinking
-
Strong leadership should be supported, not replaced
-
Lasting improvement comes from better structure, not more noise
Why this matters now
Hospitality is moving into an era of greater data awareness, AI-assisted operations, and greater operational demands. But before tools can truly help, the business needs clearer decision logic.
AI readiness does not begin with software. It begins with clarity.
If this perspective resonates, the next step is simply a thoughtful conversation.
