My perspective was formed across more than four decades in hospitality leadership, including senior operational roles, General Manager responsibility, commercial oversight, and work across boutique hotels, city properties, and high-end resorts.

That matters because decisions in hospitality are not made in abstract conditions. They are made under pressure, across functions, with changing priorities, service expectations, and real accountability.
